Built at Honda's Montesa plant in Spain, the FMX 650 dressed the air-cooled NX650 Dominator single in supermoto clothes with 17-inch wheels, an inverted 45 mm fork and a 296 mm front disc. A catalyst for Euro 2 trimmed its output versus the Dominator, so it was an affordable, torquey town and back-road bike rather than a high-revving performer.
